Reservix does not use this messaging flow for unsolicited third-party marketing or promotional messages.

When a customer voluntarily calls a participating business and the call is not answered, Reservix may send a customer-service SMS on behalf of that business acknowledging the missed call.

Receiving or continuing SMS communications is optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Reservix or a participating business.

The initial message identifies the participating business and provides instructions for opting out. After receiving the missed-call notification, customers may choose to continue the conversation by replying BOOK, MENU, QUESTION, or another supported response. Customers are not required to reply and may ignore the message.

Reservix does not send unsolicited third-party marketing or promotional messages through this service.
